- Our first level of support is through our support center. If you have problems with downloads, installation or bugs for a commercial template, you can submit a ticket and one of our support team will help you. Our response time is usually within 24 hours.
Please note that issues with third party extensions are usually not template bug related. Help with these issues may be found in the Community Forum - We maintain an active community and customization forum with over 10,000 members. This is where you can find help with questions about their Joomla sites and customizing a template to your needs, or getting a 3rd party extension to work properly with it. We also have a number of active and helpful moderators. You can find all of our staff there helping out as well, and most of the top posters are JoomVision employees.
- Lastly, we offer one-on-one support at per hour. Our expert team can solve all manner of Joomla problems.
Beside the template you will have the possibility to download several other items that are needed to set up the template on the proper way. On the Download area section for each template you will notice two parts.
- The All in One Package which contain the files that are needed to set up the template which contain the template file, the modules that are available for that particular template, the Sample Data files which will enable you to make your site exactly as it is on our demo and the Installation Guide in PDF format to give you the basics on how to install our template correctly and make use of the features.
- Also the other part is the Source Files. It contain the Adobe Photoshop files so that you can edit almost any detail for the template. In fact the layout is build-in through the frame.psd file that you will find inside the Source Files package. Beside the frame.psd file there are available inside the package some other PSD files. We have extracted them from the frame file to save you time on the customization.
Of course, you can almost edit or modify any part of the template that you like including text, images, javascript or CSS code ect. But there are some limitations to this part. The Starter and Standard plan members are not allowed to disable the JoomVision logo at the footer. Also they can not modify or delete our copyright code from the source files. The Developer plan members are frees from this limitations.
All our template are build-in Joomla 1.5 version. There is no available template for earlier Joomla version.
We not only make our best to validate our templates but we go foremost to make them browser compliant and we optimize every singe graphic to decrease the loading-time. Anyway, please notice that some of the external extensions that we have use to build our Joomla Templates may contain invalid code.

The email with details about your membership is automatically generated as soon as the payment is confirmed in our account. This usually only takes a few minutes, however this can be delayed on the bank's side.
A possible cause for this could be our fraud detection policy, sometimes orders are flagged and for this reason we do hold the right to extend the time frame if required as a method to prevent fraud.

No. A username and password is specific to one person with up to five IP addresses only. If you share your details you will receive an automatic suspension of your account. If your download traffic logs exceed the total number of allowed downloads, your account will be suspended immediately.

You do not have to renew your subscription in order to continue using the templates on the site you have installed. However, you will NOT have access to any current and future templates in the club and your account will be marked as out of subscription, meaning you will NOT be able to download any templates or access the members-only part of the forum to get support.
The "duration" is amount of month you are allowed to access our Club membership area section to download our current, updates and future templates/extensions and get our support.
